For all products, the current dispatch time is typically 2-5 working days. During busy periods, this time may be extended.


We operate from multiple fulfilment centres to efficiently process and deliver your orders. Consequently, if you have ordered a variety of items, it is possible that your order may arrive in separate parcels. Here’s the breakdown of where different items originate:

– Prints, Frames, Stickers, Greeting Cards: Dispatched from Kamila Muffin Shop HQ
– Clothes: Dispatched by our Clothes Production Team


Our delivery prices are based on the price and weight of your items.

Returns and Refunds


You have 14 days from the date of your purchase’s delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To begin a return, please contact us at, and we will provide you with a return address. Please note that return shipping costs are currently the responsibility of the customer, so kindly arrange and cover the shipment for the return. For added peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked service when returning items.

When returning your package, please be sure to clearly mark it with your full name and order number. The item being returned should be in the same condition as when you received it, free from any damages. Once we receive the returned package, we will promptly process your refund.

Please be aware that personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.


If you want to exchange an item, please follow the same process outlined above for returns. After completing the return, you can then proceed to place a new order for the item you require.


Please note that all our prints and clothing items are made to order. As a result, once an order is placed, the information is immediately sent and processed by our printing team. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at, and we will make every effort to cancel it before the printing process begins. If the order has already progressed too far in the production process, we will guide you through the return process mentioned above.


If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us at within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or offer a refund at our discretion.


All sales of digital products, including photographs and digital artwork, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for digital products.
